We strive to meet each client’s needs in the most cost-effective way for the client.  All work is performed by Barbara Cardone, or, where appropriate, a paralegal overseen by her.  Most work is billed using an hourly rate.  The current rate for most cases is $180.00 per hour for attorney time and $90.00 per hour for paralegal time.

We know that clients have many questions and concerns about the cost of legal services.  We discuss those questions and concerns with each client and provide each client with a written fee agreement before we begin representation.  The fee agreement sets forth the scope of representation, the cost of services and terms of payment.  We encourage clients to ask questions regarding cost of services and payment terms.  We believe that clients should have a thorough understanding of the services being provided and the cost of the representation before the representation begins.
